Wine tasting in 3 steps: It's that easy at home!
3 things to Prepare
1. Buy three to nine different wines and refrigerate them.
2. Use white wine glasses for white wine and red wine glasses for red wine. The wine aroma unfolds best in the respective wine glass.
3. Provide balancing snacks and fresh water.
Baguettes, rolls and bread are good ways to neutralize the taste in the mouth.

- 1 egg from happy chickens
- 125 ml cream
- 125 g cold butter
- 200 g grated Emmentaler

Then bake in the oven at 180 ° for 12 minutes until golden.
3 things to know
1. Open white wine bottles just before drinking. Uncork red wine bottles at least 20 minutes beforehand. White and rosé wines from 9 ° C to 13 ° C, red wines from 14 ° C to 18 ° C.
Temperature rule:
the more expressive and full the wine, the warmer the drinking temperature.
2. Pour wine glasses only halfway. That way the wine aroma develops better. Without a glass sample and freshly polished, you can easily determine the color of the wine.
3. Serve wines from dry to sweet and from lower to higher quality.

And now? Wine tasting
1. Look at the wine in your glass. It is best to wave your wine glass against a white background and determine the color and density of the wine.
2. Smell your wine in the glass. Sniff the wine often and with breaks, but also several times in quick succession.
3. Feel your wine on your tongue and in your mouth. Take a normal sip, not too much, but not too little either at once.
And how do I recognize the “finish” of a wine?
Just exhale gently with the last sip.
