Ulrich and his dream of brewing beer

In December 2007, Franconian master brewer Ulrich Martin acquired the former brewery in Hausen near Schweinfurt, to make his dream of having his own brewery come true. The brewery obtains its ingredients from the surrounding area. Attached to the brewery is a small restaurant and a cosy beer garden, where you can enjoy the different types of beer with a snack, or a hearty roast dish on Sundays. Tours upon request.
