The vineyard Baumann is romantically located at the Handthal of Steigerwald region. People have been growing their wine here for over 1000 years. The beauty and origin of nature preserved the vintner family in their wine bottles. Due to perfectly knowing and understanding the rhythm of nature, Barbara and Manrfred create major wines with complex personality.
