The family farm is over 200 years old. Since 30 years, the family is working near to nature and environmentally sustainable. Since the 1990s the farm is partner of "Bioland". Taste the origin and fertility of the Steigerwald soil.

Philosophy
The quality of wine starts with the earthworm. Starting with the microorganisms to the grapevines, at ecological wine-growing everything has to be healthy and fit.  As species-rich and manifold soil, as healthier and more resistant are grapevines. The wine-grower family Ernst protects and preserves the natural balance.
